With its beginnings as a minority-owned small business,  MasTec has an inherent understanding of small business needs and challenges. We recognize the importance of fostering growth within the small business community and the benefits successful small businesses bring to the US economy. We actively seek out and partner within all socioeconomic groups and count many small business including 8(a) participants, Woman-owned, Service-disabled Veteran-owned, Native American, etc., among our supplier base.

As part of our own market expansion, we are always seeking the opportunity to grow with other organizations, large or small, and to leverage the expanded capabilities of our partnerships to support government projects.
