| Jose Mas grew up in this business and has worked from the field to the board room at MasTec. Mr. Mas started with MasTec in 1992 and from 1999 until 2001, he was head of MasTec’s Communications Group, responsible for approximately $350 million in annual revenue. Since August of 2001, Jose R. Mas, has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Vice President – Business Development where he was primarily responsible for the Company’s customer marketing and acquisition activity. During that time, he was responsible for growth in many of MasTec’s largest accounts including DIRECTV, BellSouth, Verizon and Florida Power and Light. Additionally, during the Company’s turnaround in 2003-2006 he worked closely with Mr. Shanfelter in developing strategy, implementing the tight controls of cash, assisting with margin improvement and working with key customers.
Jose Mas is a graduate from the University of Miami, where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration. He is a Director of the Mas Family Foundation, and active supporter of various children’s and religious charities. |

Bob Apple

Bob Apple joined MasTec as president of the service line in 2005. He has more than 20 years of operational and senior management experience in commercial, technical and service-based corporations. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of DirecTV®, where he was responsible for restructuring and reorganizing the installation, warranty and service business. His initiatives resulted in significant operational efficiencies and contributed to several customer satisfaction awards including JD Power. He also served in the Hughes Electronics organization as COO for Via Digital, a Spanish affiliate, CEO of Hughes Spain, vice president of Hughes Europe and as program manager for the Hughes training and support systems group. Mr. Apple, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, was a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps., where he was a “top gun” pilot and part of the team that rolled out the F/A-18 strike fighter. |

C. Robert Campbell

| Robert Campbell has been our executive vice president and chief financial officer since October 2004. Mr. Campbell has more than 25 years of senior financial management experience. Before joining MasTec, he was executive vice president and CFO for TIMCO Aviation Services, Inc. At TIMCO, he headed all financial and legal functions and was instrumental in its restructuring and turnaround. Prior to TIMCO, Mr. Campbell was the president and CEO of BAX Global, Inc. and executive vice president-finance and CFO for Advantica Restaurant Group, Inc. From 1974 until 1995, Mr. Campbell held various senior management positions with Ryder System, Inc., including 10 years as executive vice president and CFO of its vehicle leasing and services division.
Mr. Campbell is a certified public accountant who holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial relations from the University of North Carolina, an MBA from Columbia University and a master of science in accounting from Florida International University. |

Pablo Alvarez

Pablo A. Alvarez serves as executive vice president responsible for MasTec’s mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Alvarez joined MasTec in 1998 as vice president / assistant general counsel and also served as president of MasTec’s international operations until 2004. Mr. Alvarez rejoined MasTec in 2007 and has been involved in all aspects of MasTec’s acquisitions and divestures over the past 10 years. Prior to joining MasTec Mr. Alvarez worked for various corporate banks and major international law firms.
Mr. Alvarez holds a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Finance from Boston College and Florida International University respectively and a JD and LLM degree from the University of Miami.

| Alberto de Cardenas has been our executive vice president and general counsel responsible for all of MasTec’s corporate and operational legal matters since November 2005. Mr. de Cardenas was senior vice president and general counsel, and from January through March 2003 vice president and corporate general counsel of Perry Ellis International, Inc. From September 1996 through December 2002, Mr. de Cardenas was a corporate and securities attorney at Broad and Cassel. From September 1990 to July 1993, Mr. de Cardenas was an accountant at Deloitte & Touche LLP. |

Zach McGuire

| Zach McGuire joined Mastec as President of Advanced Technologies in July of 2007. He has more than 15 years experience in leadership and operational roles spanning the telecommunications industry. Zach most recently served as President of Ironwood Communications, a division of 180 connect serving DIRECTV for the past 6 ½ years. Zach began his career with Tele Communications, Inc. (TCI) while in college and worked in many different roles during his 8 years with the company gaining broad experience with fulfillment and Customer Care operations.
Zach is a graduate from Metropolitan State College of Denver, where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration. In addition, Zach is a member of Vistage, formally Tech International.

Bryan Westerman

| Bryan Westerman became Group President of the Communication Group in January 2007. Bryan has been with MasTec seven years with positions in operations and as Director of Finance for the Communication Group. The Communication Group provides telecommunication and energy distribution construction services across the United States. Mr. Westerman is a Certified Public Accountant with 30 years experience in construction accounting and business management. |

Walt MacFarland

Walt MacFarland joined MasTec as President of Energy Services in July of 2008. He has more than 25 years of operational and senior management experience in the construction and utility industries. Most recently Walt was the Executive Vice President of the Electric Business Unit for InfraSource Services, an electric infrastructure, company subsequently acquired by Quanta services, Inc.. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer for the Hake Group, a heavy industrial construction contractor primarily involved in the utility and petroleum industries. Walt began his career with PECO Energy, where he progressed to Vice President, responsible for part of their nuclear operations.
Walt is a graduate of Widener University, with a Bachelor of Engineering degree and an MBA. He is also a registered Professional Engineer.

Darrell Mays

Darrell Mays joined MasTec as President of Wireless in August of 2008.
A graduate of Georgia State University with a degree in Business, Darrell worked for AT&T for 12 years beginning in 1985. In 1987 he was transferred to Atlanta and assigned to the Financial Operation Center as an Access Charges Auditing Manager. In 1993 he moved to the engineering organization where he directed the program, managed operations network enhancements including wireless network build outs. In 1997 Darrell was hired by Ericsson Inc. to head the BellSouth Account in the Southeastern region of the US. After holding the position of Services Director, Darrell was named VP of Business Development for large Global Accounts. In June of 2001 Darrell moved on to head the AT&T Global Account team with Motorola. In 2002 Darrell held the position of VP/GM Wireless Products at PalmSource. In June of 2003 Darrell began nsoro as a Turnkey Service Company focusing on Telecom Operations (Wireless and Wireline) Government Civil, and IT Solutions.

Jon L. Wanzek

Group President – Wind Energy and Heavy/Industrial Construction

Jon L. Wanzek joined MasTec as Group President of Wind Energy and Heavy/Industrial Construction in December, 2008. Mr. Wanzek has over 23 years of construction experience and serves as President of Wanzek Construction. In his role as President, he oversees the activities of two industry-specific divisions; the Wind Energy Group and Industrial Group. Mr. Wanzek earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with distinction from the University of Minnesota in 1986. Following graduation, he was employed as a Project Engineer for M.A. Mortenson Construction, of Minneapolis, Minnesota and subsequently was employed by Northwest Airlines as a Construction and Facilities Manager and oversaw projects in Chicago, Boston, and New York.
