Scope of Work
Wanzek Construction, Inc. was hired by Xcel Energy as the EPC contractor to complete the construction of the Courtenay Wind Farm project. The 200MW project consisted of 100 Vestas turbines enough to power approximately 105,000 homes. The scope included the construction of all necessary roads, collection system, substation, transmission line and erection activities.
